Our tour will take you inside the famous Parma cheese, ham and Modena Balsamico makers dens and locations. Here you will see hundreds of years of artisanal food traditions being continued unchanged.
Lunch is in the most famous location of the wine industry and is away from the throng in a specialist food and wine tasting villa.
Our walks aim to take you in the secret paths of the Porcini collectors, the ancient pilgrim trails, castles, vineyards and the hidden paths in the chestnut groves of Passo della Cisa - on the very border of Emilia Romagna and Tuscany.
