From Boccaccio's native village, Certaldo, along ancient roads to a modern winery producing high-quality wines from French grapes, through the medieval villages of Lari and Castelfalfi, this excursion ends at the magnificent Piazza dei Miracoli in Pisa.
We offer half-day guided tours to Pisa wineries by private car or mini-bus. The tour includes wine cellar visits, and wine tasting. Winery excursions may be scheduled for any date with two days advance notice, and can be conducted in your language. Pick-up service from participant's location can also be arranged.
Itinirary:
• 9:00am (or 2:00pm) - Departure from Florence or your location.
• 10:00am (or 3:00pm) - Visit to the winery Villa Pillo and wine tasting.
• 11:00am (or 4:00pm) - Guided visit of the medieval villages of Lari and Castelfalfi.
• 12:00am or (or 5:00pm) - Guided visit to the Piazza dei Miracoli in Pisa.
• 2:00pm or (or 7:00pm) - Drop off at your hotel in Florence.

Despite a few changes in the schedule from the presentation on the homepage we had a very nice time. This tour had what we was looking for and we really appreciated the wine tasting!
Our guide was really nice and helpful! He told us a lot about Italy in general and about Tuscany and wine in specific.
Would recommend this tour to anyone!
