VEGETARIAN FOOD LIKE YOU’VE NEVER EXPERIENCED BEFORE!
This cookery course is exclusively vegetarian with one of Britain’s top vegetarian chefs working with you to create beautiful, innovative and delicious food which will inspire you to recreate the dishes in your own home.
PROGRAM:
Course starts at around 10am and we aim to sit down for lunch between 1pm and 1:30pm.
After a welcome tea, you will be ready to start your day in the kitchen.
The courses are designed to try to meet with your individual needs and to build on and develop the skills that you already have. The cooking is very much hands on with students working together alongside the chef preparing the food for lunch and dinner. The sessions are normally for 3 to 4 hours but time is not of the essence and the emphasis is on the social aspects of food; favourite foods, personal experiences, likes and dislikes and how food brings people together. Meals are served either at the large dining table in the house or, when weather permits, in the garden allowing everyone to enjoy and savour the atmosphere as well as the delicious food.
