PROGRAM :
Our tour take us into the vineyards of the cote de Beaune. After a short briefing about how to use the bicycle and adjust your helmet, we will be riding along an easy paved biking road in the heart of Pommard, Volnay, and Meursault vineyards; you will be in the heart of Burgundy. Your local guide is here to take care of your needs and questions.
On our way, we will have a wine testing at the vineyard, which is a good excuse to talk about the different vines in Burgundy. You'll understand and learn about the plant, the soil and why Burgundy wine is the best!
A local producer will open his winery for a visit of his estate and stone cellar. You will test 3-4 wines from the domain. For sure you may be able to buy some bottles. The winemaker will deliver the bottles directly to your hotel or could send it home.
Then we'll go back to Beaune through an easy downhill road. Be careful, don't pass the guide! We assure unforgettable memories during this unusual tour ! Fun guaranteed.
