PROGRAM:
Each course has a theme, we begin at 9.00, break for a light lunch at around 13.00 and finish cooking at about 16.00.
Guests are then 'free' until we meet at 19.30 for aperitifs and dinner which we will have cooked during the course.
The cost includes tuition, a light lunch, teas and coffees throughout the day, the evening meal with wine and coffee together with a copy of all the recipes used during the course.
Some courses do not include an evening meal in which case guests take their 'goodies' home with them.
The aim is to have fun whilst learning - I say our food is cooked with love and laughter, two indispensable ingredients. I can tailor a course especially for groups of between 6 - 8 guests.
