Stéphanie and Serge welcome you to Macau, the gateway of the Médoc, right opposite the Gironde, and offer you an exclusive program to discover the vineyards of Bordeaux.

Having spent over twenty years visiting the top winemakers, we can facilitate your way through the most beautiful châteaux and wineries in the region. Some amazing châteaux usually very difficult to access will open their doors for your visit (Chateau Pape Clément, Cheval Blanc, Lynch Bages, Leoville Poyferré ...).

Program: (Arrival on Friday evening)

DAY 1: Arrival at the estate, dinner « Culinary specialties from South-West of France » and accommodation.

DAY 2:
In the morning: Visit and tasting at two exclusive wineries on the left bank of Bordeaux (Médoc or Graves). Discussion with winemakers. Lunch in a nearby restaurant.

In the afternoon: Visit and tasting of two other wineries. Then we will return home for a commented wine tasting: The white wines of Bordeaux.

Evening: Gourmet dinner in Margaux.

DAY 3:
In the morning: Video projection with a debate on the wine connoisseur’s guide followed by a quizz and several wine tastings. Then we will have lunch with a session on food and wine pairing.

In the afternoon: Visit of your choice (Bordeaux - Arcachon - Dune du Pyla ...).

Evening: Health and gastronomy. Dinner will be accompanied by cooking tips for food lovers.

DAY4:
In the morning: Visit of the “Grands Crus classés” and wine tasting. We will visit at least one “premier cru classé” (you can indicate your preference when you book your stay). Lunch in one of the Châteaux.

In the late afternoon: distribution of gifts and checkout.

Included: Rate per person with a double room accommodation. This program includes 3 gourmet dinners, 3 nights in a double room and 3 breakfasts, 2 days of Wine Route, 3 lunch meals; 1 commented wine tasting, 1 Food and wine pairing session, some cooking advice.
